1. 1. Parties
Provider: Databilidad, S.L., tax ID B26894907, registered in the Cáceres Commercial Registry, Calle Doctor Pardo 13, 10940 Garrovillas de Alconétar (Cáceres), Spain.
Customer: the business or professional that owns the account buying the plan. Plans are offered only to those acting for business or professional purposes, not to consumers.
2. 2. What you buy
Access to Origen Visible on the chosen plan (Standard, Advanced or Professional), with the features described at databilidad.com/precios when you buy.
Features marked "in development" are not part of what you buy and do not justify the price. They are added to the plan at no extra cost once available.
3. 3. Price, VAT and payment
Prices before VAT: Standard €27/month, Advanced €47/month and Professional €97/month. The annual plan costs ten months. Applicable VAT, currently 21 %, is added.
Payment is in advance, by card or SEPA direct debit, through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Databilidad never sees or stores your full card or account details.
The plan renews automatically for the same period. For annual plans we e-mail you at least 7 days before renewal, normally 30 days.
4. 4. Invoice
Databilidad, S.L. issues the invoice with the tax details you give at checkout and e-mails it to you. The Stripe receipt is proof of payment, not the invoice.
If your tax address is outside the Spanish VAT territory (for example the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or another country), the invoice will apply the correct regime and we will settle any difference with you.
5. 5. Changing plan
You can change plan at any time from your account. Moving up, you pay only the pro-rata part for the time left; moving down, the amount is credited on the next invoices.
6. 6. Price or term changes
We will e-mail you at least 30 days before any change to prices or to these terms. It applies from the next renewal. If you disagree, you can cancel before then at no cost.
7. 7. Cancelling
There is no minimum term. Cancel from your account at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and nothing more is charged. The unused part of the current period is not refunded, unless the error is ours.
Deleting the account cancels the plan immediately.
8. 8. If a payment fails
Stripe retries the charge over a few days and we e-mail you so you can update your payment method. If it cannot be collected, the plan ends.
When a plan ends, by cancellation or non-payment, your published pages and QR codes keep working. The app becomes read-only: you can see and download your data, but not edit it until you buy a plan again.
9. 9. Your data
The data you upload is yours. You can download it from your account at any time, including after the plan ends.
Personal data we process on your behalf is covered by the data processing agreement (databilidad.com/encargo), which is part of these terms. Your account and billing data are processed by Databilidad as controller, under the privacy policy.
Payment records are kept for six years from the end of the financial year (Spanish Commercial Code, art. 30) and the record of your acceptance of these terms for five years after the contract ends. During that time they are blocked and used only to meet legal obligations or defend claims.
10. 10. Service and support
We take reasonable measures to keep Origen Visible running continuously, with daily backups. There may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control; we will try to announce planned ones in advance.
Support is given by e-mail and the contact form, on working days.
11. 11. Liability
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish about your products. Databilidad is not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid for the plan in the twelve months before the event, except in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
12. 12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit any dispute to the courts of Cáceres, Spain.
