1. What cookies are

Databilidad carries out its own basic measurement of visits and visible page sections. It may include a session identifier and broad device, source and approximate location data; these data are retained for up to 12 months, and this measurement can operate separately from optional analytics.
With analytics consent, we add detailed measurement of clicks, scrolling, media and visible time per section. Optional events are retained for up to 12 months; we may use a persistent browser identifier, and Google Analytics is loaded only with consent.
The persistent identifier lasts at most 13 months and is not renewed on each visit. When consent is withdrawn, we stop the optional measurement and clear that browser identifier; consent is requested again after 12 months.
4. Marketing cookies
Databilidad does not need marketing cookies for ordinary browsing. If campaigns or marketing tools requiring cookies are activated in the future, prior consent will be requested and clear information will be provided.
5. Consent management
You can accept, reject or configure cookies from the cookie banner or preferences panel. You can also change or delete cookies from your browser settings.
Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent browsing, although optional measurements or preferences may be unavailable.
6. Updates
Databilidad may update this policy if cookies, providers, purposes or applicable law change. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
