1. Commitment and regulations
Databilidad is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), its Spanish transposition (Law 11/2023) and the UNE-EN 301 549 standard, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as the technical reference.
2. Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA due to the exceptions listed below.
- Some decorative text in the illustrative course-player mock on the Aula Raíz page does not reach the minimum required contrast. A fix is planned for the next design review.
- Content published by producers (photos and videos on their pages) may occasionally lack complete alternative descriptions; we work with them to improve this.
3. What we have done
The whole site can be used with a keyboard: dialogs manage focus and close with Escape, menus and tabs follow WAI-ARIA patterns and a skip-to-content link is available. Screen readers receive the semantic structure (headings, landmarks, states and result announcements) in the site's five languages, and the system's reduced-motion preference is respected.
Accessibility is verified automatically: every change to the site passes an axe-core audit (WCAG 2.1 A/AA) over all public pages before being published, complemented by manual keyboard and screen-reader reviews.
4. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 12 June 2026 through self-assessment: an automated axe-core audit of all public consumer pages and a manual review of keyboard navigation, focus management and screen-reader output.
5. Feedback and contact
If you find any accessibility barrier or need content from this site in an accessible format, write to us through the contact form indicating the page and the problem. We commit to reviewing it and, where reasonably possible, fixing it.
