That intense red comes from ripe fruit, not a coloring. What you see is what you drink.
After golden a magret, remove the fat and throw a jet into the hot background: lift the attached juices and in a minute you have a cherry sauce without cream or flour.
Change it for the soda of the summer red or for the sangria soda: it provides fruit body and real color, not industrial sugar.
Congale it in a flat fountain and scrape with fork every hour: glass comes out and you have a cherry pellet without machine, ready in an afternoon of heat.
