Questions

What people usually ask before choosing a plan

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices are shown before VAT because plans are bought by businesses. Spanish VAT at 21 % is added at checkout and you see it before you confirm.

Is there a minimum term?

No. The monthly plan is paid month by month and the annual plan year by year. Cancel whenever you like from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

What happens to my pages if I stop paying?

They stay published and your QR codes keep working. The app becomes read-only: you can see and download your data, but not edit it until you have a plan again.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. Databilidad, S.L. e-mails you an invoice with your tax ID and billing address before the 16th of the month after the payment. The Stripe receipt is not the invoice.

How can I pay?

By card or SEPA direct debit. Stripe handles the payment; we never see your card or full account number.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time from your account. Moving up, you only pay the difference for the time left; moving down, the change is credited on the next invoices.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The demo is free, has everything that works today and asks for no card. When you are ready, request access and we move your business to a real account.

Who processes my customers' data?

You decide about your data and we process it only to provide the service. The data processing agreement you accept when buying sets this out.
