The cream is made from the creamy paste of a soft cheese, smoothed until it is even more thin and untable.
Instead of opening a whole cake, the cream is already ready in jar, to spread directly on the bread.
Take the cream out of the fridge a while before uniting it, so it spreads better on the bread or the toast.
Remove the cream with the spoon before uniting it, to recover a uniform texture after rest in the jar.
