The green and firm rite indicates that the cherry has been collected recently.
Each cherry is cut by hand along with the rhito so as not to damage the skin or pulp.
One part of the harvest is sold fresh and another is intended for drying to extend its conservation.
Keep it in the refrigerator and take it out for a while before eating it to recover aroma and sweetness.
Wash it just before you eat it to better keep the skin and do not soften before time.
