Instead of animal crate, the cake is covered with cardo flower, a plant whose extract has the same function.
Over time the inside of the cake is softened faster than the bark, and so it opens up to eat it with spoon.
Cut the top lid of the cake and take the creamy paste from the inside directly with a spoon.
Take the cake out of the fridge a while before serving it, so the inside is softened and it gains aroma.
