  • One hundred per one hundred chamomile

    The PDO Gata-Hurdes only loves AOVE monovarietal of chamomile, an indigenous variety from northern Cáceres. Its olive trees are unvigorous but long and very resistant to the winter cold of the saw.

  • Little oil, much mime
